No right of withdrawal for cut or personalized products
In accordance with Articles L221-27 and L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Consequently, products made at the customer's request, including:
- bias tape cut to the chosen length, – fabrics cut to the desired length
- the polyphane elements cut to the required dimensions,
items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a proven defect attributable to the seller.
