Custom-cut lampshade panels: no returns or exchanges
Each lampshade PVC panel is cut specifically to the measurements you enter when ordering. It is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article L221-28, paragraph 3, of the French Consumer Code.
No return, exchange or refund is accepted for a change of mind or an error in the measurements supplied by the customer. Check your measurements carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, contact our workshop before completing your purchase.
This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods, goods that do not conform to the order, or hidden defects. If your panel is faulty or does not match the measurements ordered, contact contact@maisoncossettini.com.
