Delivery & Shipping

Delivery

We deliver to mainland France (excluding Corsica) and Monaco . We deliver throughout Europe. Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase, via postal services or a partner carrier.

Time limit

Your order is prepared and shipped after payment confirmation.
The average delivery time is 1 to 6 working days , excluding Sundays and public holidays for France and 5 to 10 working days for the rest of Europe and depending on the country of destination.
In all cases, delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days after order confirmation.

Delivery delay

In case of delay, contact us at contact@maisoncostettini.com .
If the package is lost, we will resend it or give you a full refund (including fees).
If the delay exceeds 10 working days for France and 15 days for the rest of Europe after your notification, you can cancel the order and be refunded within 14 days .

Reception

Upon receipt, check the condition of your products.
Report any issues (missing or damaged items, etc.) on the carrier's delivery receipt and by email to contact@maisoncostettini.com within 10 days of delivery . You can also send us supporting photographs. Failure to follow this procedure will not entitle you to a refund or replacement.
